Are you interested in adding some art and writing to your therapy? We are starting an adult group early next year for those struggling with anxiety/depression/trauma, led by our therapist, Kim! Kim is a mental health practitioner with a passion for Art Therapy. She uses art as her own self-care practice and loves using her passion to help others.

 Sessions will start on March 4th and run 8 weeks through April 22nd. Group will meet on Mondays from 6-7 PM at the Loring Park Office. These sessions can either be covered by insurance or paid out of pocket. The cost is $250/8 sessions, due on the first night of groups. The best part? Art supplies are provided!
