Jessica believes that we all experience struggles in our lives. To persevere means, “to continue in the course of action even in the face of difficulty.” This has significant meaning of getting through the difficulties of life and discovery of self. Jessica’s style is client-centered and systemic in nature. She understands the impact of relationships and systems in each person's life. She believes each client has perspectives and insight into their own lives. Jessica knows therapy is hard and is here to hold all emotions, bring hope, honesty, and humor. She is here to guide you to persevere through life's journey.

Jessica is passionate about working with relationships, individuals with chronic illness, and single adult women. She is LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming. Jessica’s individual therapy specialties include life transitions/Adjustment Disorder, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She incorporates self-care, mindfulness, and other activities in treatment. Her relational experience includes work with pre-marital counseling, couples/marriage/non-traditional relationships, parenting assessments, co-parenting, complex family systems, and other combinations of family therapy.

Jessica is a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Jessica is currently providing internship/practicum experiences as well as clinical supervision.
